MY RECIPES FROM BERTHA

My Recipes from Bertha, I myself do not drink Wines but to cook with them is awesome. I have some recipes that I’m sure you’ll enjoy. My first recipes is Spaghetti & Meatballs. A lot of people like to use Spaghetti Sauce from a can or a jar, that’s not real cooking. They also like prepared meatballs from the frozen section of the Supermarkets. That’s all good if you are behind making Dinner. The way I make this is from scratch. Continue reading below as I show you the Recipe.

My Recipes Using FINE WINES

My Recipe using Fine Wines turns this dish into an event with the finest Red Wines. One of my recipes is Spaghetti sauce and Meatballs. To begin with my recipe, you will need a large pot, a measuring cup, two large onions, a clover of garlic (optional), a teaspoon of sugar (optional), thyme, Italian seasoning, a little oil, salt and pepper to taste.

To begin with pour one and half cups of water into a large pot.

Cut the onions up into small pieces, chop the garlic up. Place the garlic and onion in the large pot of water. Put this on medium heat. Let simmer while adding a little bit of thyme and Italian seasoning. Pour a little bit of cooking oil in the pot. Meanwhile open up a can of tomato paste, start spooning tomato paste a little at a time into the ingredients in the pot. You want to continue stirring because you don’t want to burn your sauce. Turn the flame down to low. Meanwhile go grab your Red Wine and put it aside. Open up a can of either Hunts Pasta sauce or Tomato sauce and pour sauce into pot, stirring. After everything has simmered down start adding Red Wines in small amounts like half a cup of Fine Red Wines.

My Meatball Recipe

My Meatball recipe I use either ground beef or turkey or chicken ground. Turkey or chicken ground is great for diabetic people. Whatever ground meat you use its fine.

To begin making our meatballs we need ground meat, teaspoon of Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, a teaspoon thyme, I like to use sazon pack to add into my meat, i medium onion (optional) chopped up, and add to the ground meat along with the seasonings. With your hands mash everything together and form a medium to small balls. Heat your frying pan and wants pan is hot place ground balls in frying pan on medium to low heat. Making sure they are cooked correctly. The way I check my meatballs is I take the meatball from the frying pan and eat one, that’s one way to find out if they are done. After all meatballs are done place them in the Spaghetti sauce then add our Fine Red Wines to it.
